Totally recommend this place. My son is 4 years old and super active. This place is just perfect for him. I can just drop him off and walk around the mall with my baby. You can trust the staffs there. They are great! To be more specific Daniel and Ethan. They are friendly and yet strict so the kids actually listen to them and have fun playing there safely. This place is clean too. Now I go there every week. There is a washroom inside too so the kids can go whenever they need. They offer basketball lessons for different age group there too.

I had a friend who worked there for a few months when they were first open in the now closed Markham location. She complained about she didn't have a fair schedule, with her 10 years in childcare and CPR/first aid, she was only paid 15 an hour. The lady who was there, I guess the manager, asked her if she wanted a managerial position on multiple occasions. My friend was excited and said sure. But this other girl whose name starts with a Z (if I remember correctly) got the promotion instead, and she was hired after my friend!!! So I'm not sure why she would be asked if she wanted a promotion and then they give it to someone else. One of her first days there, she had to close on her own. That other person had far less experience in child care and less experience in retail. Then she kept getting less and less hours. She was given excuse after excuse as to why she wasn't getting hours. She figured she was being pushed out the door so she left. I'm sure they talked amongst themselves. This person, Z, lied to the manager saying she swore a lot around the children! My friend has been in childcare for over a decade! She knows exactly how to be professional! She was really upset. (One example of them talking amongst themselves) My friend also told me they hosted a child's birthday party, before the back room was finished. Why would you offer a service if you're not prepared for it? Must've looked terrible. Not only do I think it was unprofessional what they did, but the place itself wasn't safe when I asked to look around. I agree with the woman who pointed out all the safety issues at the Markham location, which is luckily closed permanently.
The Staff was so nice and polite, Zania(amazing customer Service)! I love that they have this super smart idea...love the theme....my hyper 3yr old son Michael loves it didn't want to leave! I look forward to the additional stuff they plan on adding!
Great and friendly place. Zania and Matthew are very welcoming! Zania goes out of her way to help and entertain the kids and make sure they are having a good time.
Very disappointed they now put a sign saying 2 hour limit..even if parents are present with their kids. 15 dollars for 2 hours only? When you can go to a bigger play place with way more activities and pay between 8.99 and 12.99 for the entire day? Very big rip off..and barely anything there for the kids to play with. The people are nice, but unfortunately this isnt worth it at all.
I dropped my daughter today while i was getting my hair done. Little one loved it and i found it very convenient. Win Win. Staff are super nice, apperantly they let my child to stay little more. Higly recommend it.
My 3 girls had a blast lot's of activitys for them to enjoy.
Great to have a place for kids to stick around while parent shopping! It's good for kids actual physically play around and not looking at any electronic .
