I love working with ByNature moss. We have ordered moss several times from them over the years and it is very high quality. We have also ordered fabricated moss panels from them with no issues with quality in fabrication or shipping. The colors are beautiful and uniform. The people I have worked with there are always nice, helpful and professional.

I first discovered the wall hangings of real, preserved moss, made by ByNature, at the Toronto Interior Design show in January of this year. My bathroom has mostly hard surfaces, creating a 'tinny' sound. I thought the moss would dampen and absorb sounds, creating a softer environment. I wrote to ByNature, described my needs and size and received immediate response from the company. Within the promised time, the piece was shipped to their Toronto distributor (my choice to save on shipping costs) and I picked it up, hung it and have been making extra trips to my bathroom just to admire it. Its natural beauty has exceeded my expectations. A bit of nature in this windowless space. Lovely product, good customer service from the company. What could be better these days?
