I've been to a few garages in KW over the years, and Bymas is by far the best. They're my regular garage for oil changes and other annual maintenance, and they've done nearly all the work on my car that's come up. When they weren't able to do the work, they gave me options and suggestions on what to do where they can, and whenever there was a costly repair they broke down what my options were and tried to save me money where they could. I've never felt pressured to spend more, and several times they've been able to offer a cheaper option that would still be fine for my car, which is an older model. They've always made me felt welcome and helped me understand what the issues were. I've never had a single issue with any of the work they've done for me. I recommend them to friends and family in the area, and I'd recommend them to you as well.

Couldent even get a simple oil change no checks poor service and proceeded to tell me it was only \alittle over\ thanks my old school teacher works there and srood uo for me the next day when i came back him.. owner was to consered about protecing his staff... at least after 2 weeks and some run around i get a refund for the oil change would not recomend unless you know the staff or are old customer's

The five star review is for the recent oil change performed by Byma's for me. They picked up my car at my house, performed the service, and returned the car to me in about an hour, while I made dinner. Most convenient!
