Worst experience shopping for baby stuff. My sister and I were checking out strollers (regular vs jogger) for my soon to be born child. This woman who works there came up to us saying "you need help?" We said no. She says "what are you looking for?" We said strollers. She goes "are you sure?". We said yes. She moved away. What did she mean by that? I asked her. She kept walking. Such rude behavior. My plan was to purchase a stroller from there and it was my first and last time with buy buy baby. Got a great deal at babies r us. You need to train your employees for customer service. I wish I knew her name, I would have included it here.

Went to Buybuy baby Oakville on Black Friday. Arvin helped me and I can guarantee you he is best person to talk to. He is passionate, informative and above all..... helpful! Highly recommended!
Prices was different for same T-shirt. Label stick on top of the original prices. I was looking at Under armour boys T-shirt. I visited store on Black Friday week.
My experience at buy buy baby was AMAZING! Me and my wife were clueless about what we needed. We dealt with a super friendly lady, Mehwish, who asked us what we were looking for and delivered exactly that! She took the time to explain every single thing to us. Thank you for the excellent service and we will definitely return and ask for the same person.
This store is so great! Staff are amazing! Super helpful especially Jenica and Liana. Also loved Sue in registry! Will be back.
I went yesterday to exchange baby carrier as it was not comfortable. But the manager was so rude and non cooperative. She didn't return me money as she told me that company policy change. And she compell to buy other items of same price. So I forcefully did 250 dollar shopping Even I told her give me coupon of same amount so that I can use in future. But she was stubborn and dint cooperate with me.

I was extremely disappointed with this store and it's employees. From the moment my sister and I (with our 3 kids) walked into the store, we were treated with rudeness. We walked in and happened to beep. Daniel rushed over and rudely stared us down and did not acknowledge us. I even took initiative and asked him if everything is alright and he ignored me and proceeded to follow me to the stroller section. At this point he told his coworker to "stay on top of us". This was done completely rudely and obviously so I asked him again if there was a problem. My sister and I were mortified, humiliated, upset and made to feel like criminals from the second we walked in. We left the store immediately and went back to West Coast Kids, even though it is significantly out of our way. We had hoped to make our large purchases at Buy Buy Baby, but after this experience we will never go back or recommend them.
