Wow, what a fantastic experience! We are expecting our first and have done some homework but the task of preparing for our child is intimidating. The woman that assisted us was amazing, we went through nearly the entire store, she was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations. We left feeling much more confident about the arrival of our mini.

worst waiting experience ever...only 1 slow casher wasted me over 13 minutes by standing there... other employee just see I hold 1 item to go during this waiting. Today shopping Feeling-sucks!

Stroller department is no help...I had lots of questions and staff is clearly annoyed and will treat you like you're wasting their time. Store needs more staff and trained people to answer questions and demonstrate strollers as customers are dropping an average of 1,500 per stroller car seat. Losing business.

Terrible experience. We were told to order online from a store employee. Ordered item on sale but complications with our bank thinking our purchase was fraudulent it was cancelled. When trying to reorder the item we did not get it back at the sale price (400 more expensive), even though employees said we would get that price guaranteed. Then upon cancelling the order, they still charged us and delivered the item to our home. Now I have an item that I told 3 different representatives we did not want, and now I have to get FedEx to pick it up, mail it back to factory, and then after another 5 days get a refund finally. It total I spent more than 4 hours on the phone and many people saying different things. Ridiculous. Do not order from them.
