Bought two java finches one year ago, now i have 4 birds... the birds at store are healthy i just hope they can have bigger cage.
Excellent Customer Service I went in on Oct 17th to purchase a Cockatiel for my daughter because we had recently lost our Pineapple Conure due to seizures (purchase elsewhere) and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The Parrots also had a lot to say they were very chatty and active. Maria was also available to answer our follow up questions.
Wonderful experience. I was allowed to come to the shop As often as I liked to help Me get acquainted with this beautiful girl. Then my husband fell in love with her and he decided to buy the biggest cage in the shop. She loves it! She was semi tame and owner of shop was honest about her background and history. So now Ella our female Eclectus, has made great progress in less than 3 weeks! I’d say she’s closer to tame than semi tame. Thank you again to Buy Me Pet Store! I got a cockatiel about a month ago from here, and never again! They told me its hand tamed, its not, and the bird is in very bad condition. I think the owner knew all that thats why he shadowed me after selling the bird. Tried calling several times and no answer! i took the bird to the vet, and it was very clear that the bird was abused and forced during its stay at the pet store. Do not even think about this place, trust me instant regret! I think the owner knows who i am and i would take down this review if you would call me back, i even tried calling you today. All i have to say is shame on you for doing that to small birds! At first i called so i can return the bird but after taking it to a vet and finding out its been abused, id rather lose all my money and not give this man the bird!
I just brought home my Green Cheek Conure bird and I am so happy! He was already 12 months old but attached himself to me right away. He sits on my shoulder, hops up on my hand, and even comes to me when I hold out my arm. I JUST got him! The man at the store let me put him on hold for 2 weeks and despite the "stay at home order" , he was at the store each time I came. As he indicated, Email first so I know to come open the door due to pandemic. They had such a great selection of toys, the prices can't be beat. My new bird is beautiful. He is so calm and quiet! The other birds in the store were even talking when I was in there! The manager sent me pictures of all cages and when I chose one he had it all put together for me ready to go. I am seriously disappointed by all of the 1star reviews on this site. If you look at the dates, they are all written during this time of Covid and even during lockdowns! The 1 stars are not from actual customers, just people who didn't get in because small businesses are closed! These birds are not neglected, mine is amazing. All the people that actually have purchased birds from this store all left good reviews. That is what should be considered when reviewing feedback. This is a rough time for small businesses people, think twice before leaving a 1star because it's closed and bring their ratings down hurting them more. I recommend this store. It's not a big store pet shop, support the small businesses and save half the cost! Thank you Buy Me Pet Store for our new addition to the family. Samantha
I would like to recommend this store for an affordable rate, healthy & friendly birds. This store sale all kind of foods for birds at reasonable rates. I bought one Canary Yesterday from the shop and she started to step up on my hands.
