Buy lots of \odds and ends\ here for the shop. I'm not a big fan of the Craftex line of machinery, but it's certainly a good value. Customer service is excellent at this location, and the staff are very knowledgable. I'm a return shopper for sure.

My first time here was a month ago and had a fantastic visit. Helpful gentleman assisted in choosing a new jointer as soon as I walked in. As a beginner wood worker, the advice was very helpful and actually (very thankfully) upsold to a better unit than I was initially looking at. I’ve been back to this location a few times now and have stood scratching my head trying to figure out my next purchases with no friendly greeting for assistance, or even a goodbye as I walk out the door. I can say without doubt that I would have purchased my 2 new machines by now had the customer service been better. Yes, I could have walked to the front and have done their job for them(asking for help)- but unfortunately I highly value honest customer service. How can I trust someone if I need to drag them to come help me. Very disappointed in this as I was looking forward to having this location so close to me while I look to populate my shop, and having the helpful service. ...I guess I should be half-thankful that maybe this is all because I look young - a potential silver lining in this.
