Have purchased IRL from Busy Bee stores and the experience has been OK, but disappointed in my first online shopping experience. Ordered an in-stock product, credit card was charged, got an order confirmation but no further communication. Called to inquire to find the item was not actually in stock and they wouldn't get it for a month. They said product is in stock at locations over an hour away but they said they can't ship it from a store (despite their mistake/inventory errors).

What a great selection of tools!! Anything you need they probably have. The staff is very friendly and helpful and great deals too!
Big disappointment with the customer service dept. I purchased a cx212 table say in sept 2020. Came with a miter guage that was out to lunch and not usable. I am still waiting for a replacement Feb 2021... made in China just isn't worth anything.
My first stop when it comes to the shop, and any wood working tools. Good quality, great prices and great staff
