We greatly appreciated the care and attention the BAH team provided to our dog late in the evening when we found him with a sudden loss of eye sight. Considering we're all managing during the pandemic, the BAH team were very helpful and the veterinarian was very thorough with his examination, as well as sharing what options and recommended care we could provide to our dog. It took him a few days to get his energy back, however, his eyesight returned over the course of the next day after our visit to BAH and we are grateful for their 24 hour care and support. Thanks again to the entire BAH team.

Burrard Animal Hospital Emergency clinic is hands down the best vet clinic that I have ever brought my cat to. The receptionists are always super responsive and helpful. The Vets that I have experience with are always sweet, caring, compassionate and thorough. They always compliment how sweet my cat is and always exceed expectations while caring for her. This always makes me feel special because they treat my cat as patient and not just another animal coming in. They are very personable! I find the price point to be an excellent value for the care that is provided. I have had to use the Emergency Services on one occasion and I was blown out of the water as to how fast they were able to see and treat my cat. I feel so fortunate to have found this clinic and plan on making this my primary animal clinic for many years to come. Thanks again for taking such good care of my special little Peanut! :)

My 4-month old puppy got very sick over the weekend and couldn't keep food or water down, and her regular vet was closed. The staff and doctors at Burrard Animal Hospital provided excellent care, and kept me well informed of any procedures and examinations (and their costs) before and after they occurred. The vets and vet techs I spoke with answered all of my questions, and were patient and compassionate. Without going into all of the details, they ended up keeping her overnight, and she came home to us healthy and happy the next day :) Literally the only thing I would improve would be the ability to go inside with my pet (leaving her with someone at the door while she was sick broke my heart!), but obviously that's a COVID complaint, not a complaint against the hospital.

I can’t say enough good things about the support I received last week from the front desk, to the techs. to the Dr. Last week at 4:30am I was able to arrange to come in with my little gal Ollie. It was a rough night prior to our visit from my puppy getting extremely sick. Everyone was nice, kind and very professional. .. from the initial visit to the discharge of my pet to days later a follow up call checking in on Ollie. Definitely a place I would recommend for anyone to take their “family pet” to hands down. As you can see ole Ollie is almost back to her silly self again. Relaxing by me seeking out a tummy rub.
