I brought my MDX last month. It was really Great experience at Burrard Acura. Anton's Service was really friendly and had all the right answers for me. Everything was on time like he promised. Car came out looking sharp and clean and running smooth. I thing Anton service was kind of top notch customer service in the town. Also his rest of the service team are doing it good over there. Well Done!
I brought in my car for a regular maintenance, and the person helping me, James, went above and beyond by sending me update texts while my car was being serviced - something that I never received before. I was always curious as to what was happening and being done to my car, and James took initiation and went out of his way to do it! 100% would recommend. Props to James and hopes his superiors would see this. Extremely polite, professional and easy to talk with.
Me and my brother bought TLX 2020 last month and I must say it is our best decision we ever take in terms of upgrading our car.
