I went there last year for changing the battery for my iphone 6s. I thought it costed about 70 (because Apple Store just charges the battery cost itself). They did not even mention about how much was the service fee. Moreover they said it took about 1 hour to change the battery but it took 3 hours. I was so disappointed and after waiting for 3 hours, they said the cost was 206.68. It was ridiculous. The service fee (127.50) was twice the battery cost (65.00). If they mentioned how much was the service fee, I would definitely not changed the battery and bought a new iphone. Please just go to apple store in Vancouver.

Brought my daughters iPhone X in for a screen replacement at 10AM, she had it back before noon. Staff were extremely friendly and informative. Great all around service. Thank you

Terrible terrible service, went to change the iPhone 6 screen , the cost was excessively high 170 , but because I need the replacement as soon as possible as the phone is for my kid (we use it to communicate if he came home early from school and there was no one home) , I was told it will take 2 business days but the two business days was eventually 4 business days, I was called to come and pick up the phone and pay the shipping cost of 33 (that was apparently \built in the quote\, but totally not communicated to me. I paid the amount and made a complaint about the delay \ no one gave a cr*p \ and took the phone, tried to open the phone to realize that phone date was erased and I have to go through the annoying backup restore process. As I finished the restoration I realized that the SIM card is not in the phone so I went back to the repair shop and they searched but it was not there, then they told me that it was probably sent to the apple store and never came back, and suggested that I call my provider to get a new SIM replacement ...just like that. totally the worst and most expensive service I ever had, in fact, I replaced my personal iPhone screen in North Vancouver for only 85 (including the labor). Very very disappointing.

After having my computer suddenly conk out, I took it into Burnt Stew to have it looked at. I was contacted only a day after with good news, as they managed to get it back and running again. Once I took it home, I realized I was still experiencing some issues. I took it back and had a very kind employee look at it again- free of charge. It's now in working order, despite being super old. Great service and staff. Thank you!
