We recently bought at TV from this store. We were new customers and really enjoyed our experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and then helped shortly after we looked around. Our salesperson - Prabh - was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us make the right choices and we really appreciated it. When we left the owner/ manager thanked us for shopping there and we will recommend Visions to our family and friends. As a former salesperson of 40 years, I can say with confidence that it was a really good shopping experience.

Excellent service and fast response to my request. I got my vacuum over 2 years and lucky that I bought the extended warranty together. My vacuum didn’t work recently. They helped me to send it back to check it and then replaced it without any questions. Good to buy stuff here.
Great team. Super friendly staff with the knowledge to get you the best TV for your home. Happy & KP were a pleasure to deal with and offered great advice. I recommend you pass by and see them.
Wasted time coming to this location after checking online for stock count and even though the item stated that it was in-stock and for in-store purchase only, it had apparently slated for transfer to the Abbotsford location and for the last two weeks as well. So while I did not check the stock by calling, should the website not reflect an accurate count? When I asked if I could have a unit transferred to a closer location, I'd have to pay the shipping and wait 2 to 3 weeks. The best they can do is have me pay at this location, so I can reserve a unit at South Surrey or North Vancouver for pick-up. Inaccurate website followed by inadequate customer service solution. Hopefully this review will help someone save their time.
I went to buy brand new T-fal airfryer at Visions Electronic today 24-12-2020. This is my first time and definitely be my last time to do transaction with this company. I was attended by Mohammad Rabie, he was very opinionated in dealing with me, because it was few hours before Christmas eve, didn't have time to argue with him. The air fryer was obviously used, with some oil splashes and crumbs inside(mistake on my part for not checking the product properly before leaving the store). Worst thing is the box came with a Canada post packing list enclosure with all the details of the previous customer who purchase the unit. I rushed to return the item and this same guy Mohammed Rabie was behaving arrogantly again. He was not even apologizing for his behavior& his mistake,instead he was just telling \I will return your money\,(what the heck!), of course you really need to refund my money, but what you cannot compensate is the TIME&EFFORT I wasted in dealing with you. On the other hand I appreciate the store manager \Gary\ for being so soft spoken.
