I was at the Virgin Mobile Kiosk in Burnaby to buy a new phone and I was helped with a very knowledgeable associate. He was amazing in helping me get the phone I wanted and I was enormously pleased. His name is Ajit and I just can’t say enough about him. He was very calm and patience with me.
I got very impressed by Gerard’s enthusiasm in helping to get my girlfriend’s problem sorted out. Never seen a sales rep who spent over an hour on phone speaking with a Technical Support Specialist of Virgin to figure things out. Gerard was very friendly and helpful. Very highly recommended to come and get his help. To Gerard, you deserved to get more than 5 star for the service that you offered to us today.

They have the best costumer service. Bianca the store manager together with the staff, they are all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable to all the different plans to offer tailored fit to the member’s need.
I came in a few weeks ago to fix some issues with my phone plan, Gerard was so patient and even stayed late to help resolve my issues, the second time I came back I had Sandro help me navigate my account issues again (trying to take ownership of my account.) Both guys were really helpful and super friendly, I'm glad I had these two to help me.
