Chris and his partner came by to clean the chimney. They were friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. They used a brush to clean the main chimney, but on closer inspection afterwards I saw that they left loads of soot and dirt. I followed up with Chris and showed him pictures as he left it and after I got in their with my shop vac to finish the job. He acknowledged that he did not do a complete job, apologized and offered a discount for next time, but I would be concerned about using him again.

Chris responded quickly and took care of a huge chimney problem for us on a moment's notice. He resolved a difficult problem within our sweep with professionalism, calm, courtesy and compassion. I am SO HAPPY I called them and am so grateful to Chris and his crew for their amazing work.
We had vancouver chimney cleaning come to our home and do a very good job. We had an emergency with dead animals in the chimney and they came asap at very short notice. They were very informative of future chimney care (as we live in a old house). I would definitely refer them and use them again!!!
