So I'm writing this review on behalf of my wife, who knows I'm active online for this kind of thing. She was treated like a queen going into this store. She got a free makeover and the products she walked out with were "perfect" for her. So next time I need a gift for her, this is one of those places I need to go to I guess lol.

This is one of my favourite places to be. Incredibly welcoming staff, who are eager to help and have a passion for the products they sell. Its a one on one experience, ( if it's not too busy ) & I have never left there feeling like I didn't get everything I needed plus some. I always have great conversations with the staff and learn something new every time ! If you've never been here, you're missing out. :) The products are bomb and again, the staff are amazing.

Went to urban decay on the long weekend during my trip to Vancouver! Rebecca (May have spelt it wrong) helped my friend and I with checking out different palettes and she is super amazing! She sold us on elements palette and we got it straight away! Super fun to talk to!

Dianne is a very nice lady that worked at the store. She helped me with my mini make over. The guy at the store was also helpful. I'm happy with my purchases overall.

AWESOME experience!! I had my eyes glammed-up by Sydney at one of their events, and I definitely recommend her! Vanessa was SO welcoming and the entire team was super friendly, and ready to help. This is a fab team \u003c3

I was told I couldn't collect my birthday gift in store and would have to wait until a specific date because it was my first in store purchase. Turns out that date I was told was the date my code expires. I also did not receive any samples with my purchase which I was told normally they give you a few every time you shop. I don't know if the woman helping me just didn't know anything or if she was lazy or what. Since I had travelled from a different province to go to the UD store I was pretty upset by this.

Got my makeup done here and bought a palette for my friend (that also qualified for the service). I realized it was cheaper on the Sephora website so I went back to return the product with my receipt and they refused because I got my makeup done and this meant the product I bought couldn't be returned. Girl said it was 'policy' even though I wasn't informed on my 3 different interactions with them. The receipt doesn't state this nor does their website. Completely unimpressed with their service, makeup artist didn't do what I had asked for. Seems to be a bunch of inexperienced artists who lack customer service skills and are just good at doing their own makeup. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know, Sephora has much better service, better return policy and better rewards system.
