Our banker at this branch is great, no complaints. The exterior of this bank is a mess - due to all of the smokers. It looks as though the staff are most likely the ones throwing their cigarette butts all over the sidewalk - and the bank is fully aware of it - due to the exterior cameras. Bank manager: install a device to dispose of the cigarette butts - it is your responsibility to keep the area surrounding your business clean.

Doug the Customer service manager is rude, unprofessional and full of himself. \I call the shots\ as he told me. No you don't, that's why there's a BRANCH Manger. Your in the wrong field of work. Enjoy your little made up title. Explains the 3.9 stars. If your reading this, on the same day my bank draft was deposited and reissued the amount I wanted onto another bank draft at another location. BTW a certified bank draft is not the same as a personal check.......You need training on people skills.
