Disappointing. Overpriced and below average tasting desserts. It took 30 minutes for 2 simple desserts to be served. The staff kept apologizing for the slow service and gave us a complimentary snack. The customer service was the only positive note to this place.

Hard to find Authentic Hong Kong desert shop with so many selections here in Burnaby! My friends were raving about the Mango Pancake so we decided to get two portions of that along with a Creme Brûlée and a few other popular options. The Mango Pancake was good, the fresh whipped cream made the dessert light but at the same time a little richer than just plain mango. There was a generous portion of mango. The Sesame Soup and the Sesame Rice Balls were both really delicious on their own, but together it was a slight sesame overload. The Rice Balls were really delicious, cooked just right so they still had a chew to them. The Sesame Soup was thick and rich, packed with the roasted flavor of black sesame. The portion size for the soup was pretty big though so I do highly recommend sharing with friends.
Horrible service, restaurant was practically empty and food took forever, and on top of that they forgot one of our orders. Food on the menu looked completely different from the ones they actually serve you. Unbelievable just trash . Not to mention it is pricey as well, don’t waste your time and money, go elsewhere.
Came during a soft opening. Will be rating the food only. Food was pretty good. They had a large selection and each of the items we got were pretty decent. Reasonably priced, and tasted good.
Bad service, overpriced, small portions, food didn’t look like photos on menu, and they forgot one of our orders. Overall, bad experience and never coming back.
