December 7,2020 - numerous employees helped me find the products we needed and it was great. Cashiers were cheery and a delight to interact with. All employees observed wearing masks appropriately and all covid safety precautions in place to protect customers. (First review )Had a great experience when this company was out of respirators. They called and followed up numerous times to reach me and answered all my questions which enabled me to find the correct items needed for my project. All the cashiers are knowledgeable, kind, and super helpful. Thank you.

What a selection! This is my new favourite store in the Vancouver area. I am sort of new to the area. I am very glad I discovered this store sales associate was very pleasant and helpful. He also gave me a great deal on this one key Milwaukee fuel table saw that I have been wanting the cashier associate was very pleasant she made me smile. Can't wait to shop there again highly recommended by this contractor
Hate going to Summit Tools because every time I go, I end up buying something!!! They always have some neat gadgets to purchase. It is a good store to buy power tools for the BF because if he wants to take back, they have a record on file as long as you have an account. Have bought him several Milwaukee tools and accessories!!!
Facility was clean and good, so many variety of product, good price, staffs friendly and kind. This place is bigger than it appears on the picture. The one thing visitors supposed to consider is that bag pack is not allowed, so it supposed to be in cashier station. Everything was good.
Generally a good place for tools with good prices. They have house brand tools at very good prices though I am not sure of the quality as I always buy name brand higher end tools. I asked them to price match a level from another store that had a sale on and they wouldn't. That was a bit disappointing as so many retailers will.
