I had the PicoWay Laser treatment with Billy for the dark spots on my face. After two treatments I had to buy lighter shades of concealer and cover up as my complexion was much lighter with all the sun damage removed. The staff at Sudio Kiku are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I highly recommend using their services.

Never met a more genuine talented guy that isnt just in it to make a out of you. pure, and excellent work is what you get when you come here, wether a tattoo, or any scalp micro pigmentation. this place is where you need to be for tattoos. he is very invested in what you want to bring to life, and he applies what would also help make a tattoo, even greater.
post consultation I had booked an appointment for my first session for tattoo removal. The reason was, I had a hair transplant scar that was improperly filled with ink over an year ago. I went to studio kiku to book a session hoping to have the ink removed in order and possibly have it filled in again in the future to blend in with my desired hair length. My first appointment was filled with disappointment. Upon arrival, Billy had suggested that I cut my hair shorter in order for the laser procedure (# zero). I drove approx. an hour to attend my appointment and was not given any prior steps and procedures to prep my hair for this operation so I assumed I would just show up. (my hair length at the time was #1 length on my scalp where operation needed to take place). Overall, I felt like this studio lacked compassion for what they do and I also felt disrespected. If they had sincerely apologized for their error and took my situation/scenario more seriously then I would definitely have given them another chance and reschedule my appointment. However, it seemed like they had no interest, and I wouldn't want to give a company like that my business. I would not recommend them based on the customer service I received. There are many more businesses out there that tailor the same services and have better customer service.
Billy is a tattoo artist extraordinaire! Good friends and landlords recommended Billy to me and I can't express how grateful I am that they did. He can take a design and perfect it! Thank you Billy for doing an awesome job on my tattoo... You will definitely be my go-to artist!
Easy to set up an appointment, really nice place, and after seeing the results of my first tattoo here, I 100% trust Billy with any future tattoos that I may have - I couldn't be happier with the result! Really skilled and friendly guy :)
