Always look forward to having poké here. Fresh ingredients, friendly service. I love scallops so my favourites are one of their signature bowls A Shore Thing or BYOB with the Spicy Mayo Scallop

The items used in Steve’s Poke bowls are always so fresh and delicious. The portions are just perfect, and if there is something you especially like when it comes to the sides - they don’t hesitate to give you a little bonus (it’s usually the kimchi for me). I don’t mind getting their text messages when they have special offers because it actually reminds me it’s time to treat myself to a poke!! The staff are young, friendly employees and are always pleasant. This sort of environment goes along perfectly with the theme of the restaurant because I think of Hawaii when I have poke! Hawaii is my happy place :) Keep it up!
The food is good and tasty. The girls and boy are very politely and prepared the food in the box very fast. I remembered first time go there. I did not know use what kind of sauce in salad. The girl recommended I choice one for salad sauce. She said it was tasty for salad. I choice it and try to eat it was so good. They are willing to explain clearly, meet the needs of the customers, and will not felt impatient. Good Service.
The food at Steve's Poke Bar is good, however, I have an issue with their management at their Lougheed location. I have been there a couple times and both times, a shorter women with long eyelashes, who appears to be their manager was rude to the staff that works there. She was raising her voice and demanding orders at them. After the first time, I thought she may have had a bad day, but it occurred the second time I went there, which probably means she is like that more often than not. I have many years of leadership experience and this behavior is not what a leader should be. Workers are the foundation of any workplace and should be treated with respect. Because of this, I will no longer be buying Poke from this location.
It is always good news when the food court has a decent poke bar, and it was the case with Lougheed Mall and Steve's Poke Bar. Amiable staff asked all the right questions, which ultimately led to a better final result. When it comes to protein, they have a wide variety of fish but mainly leaning towards spicy options, which is absolutely fine with me. Trying poke here for the first time, I went heavy on toppings to have a better idea about the ingredients, and everything turned out to be delicious and fresh. They also have a reward program so that you can collect points towards free food.
Wow!! First time here and everything was fantastic. Server was great helping me to decide and explaining everything. I opted for the 2 scoop ... one of tuna and one of salmon. I was very happy with the outcome...it was delicious. Will definitely be back!

Great poke here! Delicious and great value! They have a nice variety of toppings and sauces to customize the poke bowl to your liking. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's been so nice having this as an option in the mall. They're my go to choice in here.
