Staff has no idea how to prioritize customers. They'll make you wait until they're done talking or training before helping you. If you must come here, don't expect customer service, I would self serve when possible moving forward. A. A supervisor or manager hops on till to answer one customer question and does not take another while she is free. I am a pregnant woman holding a basket of things, and she literally stands around and has me wait for the next cashier. B. Once at the cashier, my items weren't properly rung in. I double checked my receipt as it seemed much higher than expected, and they had not made a 8 adjustment after I already caught a 12 missed price adjustment. 5he supervisor which had made me wait in the first place then had to come help me anyway. C. They needed to process a refund and recharge, without communicating that was what needed to be done. D. Doing the transaction this way would have made me lose 20 in points, and she still questioned whether I wanted her to do it? E. she then had to refund the whole order and took her sweet time doing so. F. As she was doing that the cashier which was helping me was conversing with another staff as a customer in line waited. A in and out shop ended taking 30-45 minutes because of their lack of care. Highly u impressed.

I'm sharing my experience as an immune comprised disabled person who relies on medication to exist. I have never had a pharmacy mishandled my medication before I moved to this location. My previous Surrey location had been handling my prescriptions for several years with zero issues. Now I can't trust that my meds will be ready. Since the pandemic I've had to have others get my medication as this place has denied getting prescription requests from myself AND my doctor, and has left me waiting hours. (This is dangerous for my health as i have no immune system and am vulnerable to crashing if outside for too long.) My partner has encountered yet another problem today. He ordered a refill before work and was told \10 minutes\. He went in after work, 6 hours later, and was forced to wait 40 minutes because \it wasn't ready.\ This has gone past unfortunate to just awful. I have no idea what this location is doing but I regret ever trusting them with my prescription file and will be looking for another location, even if it's further from home.

Oh wow, what a pleasant experience I had in this sdm, Specially in the Cosmetic department, there was this beautiful, smart, compassionate lady named Elly who really helped me and gave me lots of good informations about makeup and the product I was going to buy. I could tell Elly had all the necessary knowledges about make up, such as what product is good for my skin And even how to use it. I would love to come back to this sdm if Elly be the cosmetician for that day.

AVOID !! If you are going there to get your passport picture!!! First, its written 19.99. Then you get it clicked few times to get it right. Then the surprise additions comes. I cannot get a soft copy, as there is problem in their system.I have to buy an additional pendrive from their store itself costing 29.99. My pendrive wont work in their system, as their system works this way. And, also, I need to pay 10 extra for the soft copy fees. So, in total, from 19.99 it moves to 60 (excluding tax) for only 2 passport pictures and an soft copy. For a cool person like me to loose her coolness, its not working. I am not going there again.
