Just wanted to give Andy at Rodan my warmest recommendations. 10/10! If I could hug him I would! He was part of the process of us choosing the perfect ring. He had so, so, so much patience when we first tried designing one, then changed our minds, and then changed our minds a THIRD time... Feeling super embarrassed for being so picky, Andy showed nothing but pure professionalism and he’s been so kind and helpful in every way. We even changed the stone in the middle to another one! My goodness. I would absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend him and Rodan to anyone looking for their perfect ring, they truly have a wonderful selection of jewelry and exceptional customer service. Andy’s honest feedback is super useful and he explained everything with expertise. I must also give my recommendations to the incredibly talented goldsmith who listened to us with such a kind ear - we explained what kind of style we were looking for and he went above and beyond expectations, delivering such beautiful craftwork. When I look at my ring now it’s like I’m in heaven, it’s so beautiful it makes me cry. I was looking for that feeling for such a long time and I just cannot recommend their shop enough. I love their shop too! It’s very clean and beautifully decorated. You feel super welcomed inside. My experience with Rodan Jewelers was phenomenal! They were recommended by the expert who appraised our family heirloom, and we are SO glad he did. Everyone at Rodan was so friendly and helpful. Deborah helped us throughout the entire process answering ALL of our questions (we had a lot!). Rob, Mitchel and Brian were able to help me create my dream engagement ring. Rob offered us his ideas and expertise on a very personal level and was able to explain every bit of detail with us. My fiancé and I will be back very soon to have our wedding bands made! I had a great experience shopping at Rodan. I went in to buy an engagement ring which can be very overwhelming not knowing anything about rings or where to start. Andy sat down with me and explained everything I needed to know in an easy to understand way. We looked at all of their selection and narrowed it down to a few and then I decided on the ring and stone. They had the stone delivered quickly and the ring order went in and I had it in no time. My Fiance was extremely happy with the ring. We went back to adjust the size as It was a surprise so I couldn't get an exact fit on ring size. They quickly adjusted it and made sure it fit her finger perfectly. Would reccomend to anyone searching for a ring or other jewelry. Thanks Andy!
I can't recommend Rodan Jewellers and the team enough! Special thanks to Deborah who has been so patient with us throughout! I went to at least 3-4 places to pick out my own engagement ring and I found a beautiful piece at Tiffany & Co, which was way over our budget (30K). Two friends of mine who both got their e-rings and wedding bands from Rodan told me to go check them out and ask them to make a custom ring with the design I like, so I brought in bunch of photos of the ring I wanted and Deborah helped us through the entire process to create my beautiful ring. She is so friendly and knowledgeable, and she always emailed me back within less than half hour whenever I had questions or wanted to change things. After series of meetings to check the design on paper, the CAD design, and a 3D wax mold, I finally got my ring and I am beyond happy. It looks like the ring I've always wanted but better! I can't stop staring at this beautiful ring all day, and the diamond Deborah found us is absolutely flawless and goes perfectly with the ring. Thank you again to Deborah and Rodan Jewellers! I'll be back soon to make our wedding bands :)
