I have been using the Rise as a small business owner since 2014. They made a mistake in paying my CRA payroll deductions in time which resulted in a penalty for late payment for me. I have been following up over a year to get their attention for fix the problem and I have been ignored.

Read through these reviews and am blown away that anyone would give this company less than 5 stars! If I could give 10 I would. As a small company (2 employees) owner I have my work cut out for me on the daily. I was overwhelmed at the thought of doing payroll and these guys have made it so easy. I regularly use the chat feature and unlike some of the reviews below, I have found them to be incredibly quick (less than a minute) and super helpful. On top of that, the fact that this is a free service for small businesses is mind blowing to me. I will shout from the rooftops and tell all my friends who own businesses about these guys. Very grateful for RisePeople. Thanks guys.
