to say Donald Renaud ruined my insurance claim is an understatement, my case took way longer than it should have and the settlement was underwhelming, Donald Renaud is inexperienced and did not deliver on his promises, it is unprofessional and dishonest to make promises and not fulfill on those promises. The promises on the timeframe and settlement amount were both not met. personally I highly recommend anyone to take their case elsewhere.

From personal experience Donald J Renaud is unorganized, rude, and inexperienced. It took him 3.5 years to help me reach an undesirable settlement, further to my point I consulted with a very experienced Insurance Attorney in downtown Vancouver and I was told that based on my injuries I was entitled to 4 times the amount Donald J Renaud settled for. I regret not hiring a different attorney. 3.5 years is way longer than the average time it takes for an insurance claim to be settled, I am not happy with how my file was handled and I regret hiring Donald J Renaud. After my bad experience he then took a premium commission off of my check, He did not deserve my commission, my case was handled unprofessionally and poorly. If I could go back in time I would hire a different attorney.
