We have been working with Prime Image for several years and have always been extremely pleased with the service. They always respond quickly and resolve issues right away. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and we can always count on them for whatever we need. Would totally recommend them.
We bought a konica minolta fax/scan/email machine from them 9 yrs ago and still works great!!. I highly recommend them! The machine is fantastic and the customer service is amazing! The service manager ****Alex Zadeh**** went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure we were satisfied customers. He is very reliable employees like him make the company stand out!!
