Really confused on the ordering process. I sent emails and phone calls with no response. I finally talked to a young lady and she found the problem. My color was out of stock and was on hold until June 2020 and no one told me! The young lady asked if I would switch to a color Sequin Blue to Jet stream blue which was in stock and would be shipped the same day! I was then given a tracking number and I got a notification that the shipment was cancelled! 4 hours later I was sent a new tracking number and now its back on schedule. Very confusing and disheartening when I found out if I had not called who knows when I would get my Bentley trike! I am just glad it is on its way thanks to the young lady. The TWO different tracking numbers still baffle me!
We are very pleased with the products and would definitely buy here again. We got the white Qplay children's bike and a large play mat. The mat is durable and easy to clean, and the images are fun and vibrant. The Qplay bike is light, has white plastic casing over a metal frame and solid plastic/foam tires. Although my 3yo already had a strider bike with inflatable tires, he prefers the white one to the point of refusing to use the strider. He calls it his Tesla because it looks high tech, and I think he prefers it because it is smaller and lighter. One caveat on the bike: the tires are not as grippy as inflatable rubber tires, but they work fine.
