They had technical issues during the mcat and people had to write the exam again and also the staff were really rude.

The staff were friendly, but they need to improve their check in process. I had to take my exam with 1.5 hour of delay. I got there 25 min before my test, however there were 18 other test takers and it took the staff more than one hour to sign them in. My test was supposed to start at 8, but I got in at 9:30. I understand that the initial delay does not affect the duration of your test, however sitting there and waiting for a long time is very unpleasant and stressful.

Odd that there’s a reception area but friends and family who accompany the candidate are unable to be with the candidate during registration. Center opens late as well. We were here 45 minutes early but doors only opened at 7.40. Terrible service.

Test time was 800am. Arrived 30 mins early as requested. Was told that internet is not working - ok sure just reset the connection, right? Waited an entire hour, until 830, only to be told to reschedule the exam. I am driving from Richmond and paid 12 dollars for parking. They did not offer any reimbursement (which is ok, but would have been thoughtful). Was also told that they had this problem the day before, yet did not even bother to let us know ahead of time. Very disappointing customer service.
