The company needs to train their employees better. The ones deployed at my location were not very competent. They were even rude. It must change

They had no concern for employees' welfare and development. They just didn't anyone as people. They were treating them as machines. It's chaotic there and toxic with below market pay. I would nore recommend this company to anyone without a massive change to the leadership team and the company's thought process.

You will be hired at on pay level with possible bonus but after a few weeks your pay will be cut because you \are not meeting expectations\ no matter what are you doing. If you object to this you will be locked in a room with management while they threaten you and mention things that you have not done, that you have never been asked to do. You will not receive bonus even if they are in your contract.

I attended an interview with Paladin Security. Then man that was interviewing me told me I will get a phone call the next day for a date to have training. Two days went pass and no phone call, so I call the company and gave them my details and I told that my interview was unsuccessful. What a complete joke and unprofessional. This was the worse experience in my life.

The security at Guildford Town Centre are really disappointing. When there is an active shoplifter inside of a store and they are called to help, all they do is stand around for a couple minutes then leave as they have “more urgent matters to attend to”. Shoplifting situations could get serious and lead to harm so when they are called to help it should be expected that they are in a rush to get to the problem. Instead, they take their time and slowly walk to where the incident is taking place. By the time they get there the issue is either solved or the culprit has had enough time to escape! Hope to see them take more action in the future
