2nd time customer, technician spent 20 mins at my home did not vacuum out the dust like previous one had done, appeared to be a lot less thorough than the previous technician. Told me I needed an expensive part, I told him I was going to seek a 2nd quote, his story changed and said the part had already been changed. No where near worth the 90 for servicing a furnace.

They offered me a promotional price which was very reasonable. The technician was outstanding and on time. He educates and fully informs us of all the issues. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. There are crooks as far as my experience goes. We experienced extremely high condensation at my house. It was very bad; there was water on every wall. Anthony and his accomplice came in and quickly arrived at the conclusion that we should change our heat pump, line set, coil and furnace and quoted a total cost of C25,000. They gave some alternatives where it would cost us 23,000 (cheaper appliances) or 10,000 (if we only change the furnace). I think their main intention was to just collect the inspection charge of 80 and proceed to con the next customer. If I took their advice I would have spent 25,000 for no reason and the problem would still persist, because the actual cause of condensation in the house was a hot water pipe that leaked and the water vapor was being deposited into the whole house through the A/C ducts. When we cut off that pipe, and laid an alternate pipe, the problem was resolved. They appeared knowledgeable in their demeanor, which makes even more dangerous. They probably would have even installed the furnaces properly, who knows. But their analysis was hasty and grossly incorrect and it seemed like they just wanted to get that 80, because they never called me back or responded to my request to give me a formal report. If the appliances were old and if the price wasn't high, I may even have accepted their advice and would have made the wrong choice of replacing things that were working well and still find the original problem persists. It is such people that ruin the reputation of the entire industry and should be punished by being shunned by everyone.
