We had hardwood flooring installed in our house through One Stop Flooring. The installer was good and did a good job overall. However I would not recommend this store. The service received from Paymon, the owner, was very unprofessional. He was quick to provide a quote but once he got the deposit, communication went out of the window. The whole project was very disorganised. I would avoid this place in the future and would suggest to others to do the same.
They have great collection of flooring and Peyman was very helpful.
Very happy with my dealings. Store owner/manager clearly loves what he does and was excellent to deal with. Sub-trade doing the install were quick, efficient and very customer-service oriented. Would definitely recommend this company....
Great customer service! I wanted to match the existing plank laminate flooring on the main floor of my townhouse. I hoped to replace the carpeting in the bedrooms install matching flooring and have a clean uniform look. After finally finding the brand name and colour I called all the usual places. They didn't carry this Canadian brand. Paymon found the dealer and got a sample to me within a week. Total pleasure dealing with him. Great price too! Would definitely go here first next time.
