This is one of the best tile stores in the city by far. They have a huge selection and their prices are pretty reasonable considering the wide variety of offerings. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I’ve never been able to order and pick up on the same day, which would be nice. Their warehouse always seems to be backed up or undergoing some form of “update” so it’s kind of a mess actually getting your order.

I was calling around looking for matching tiles of my existing kitchen backsplash with very little luck. Claudia took the extra time to try to find the match for me and went above and beyond what she needed to do. I appreciate the effort so very much. Will definitely go to Claudia when the opportunity presents itself in the future!
Jessica was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful on both our visits to Olympia's new location. Would suggest some kind of small trolley for use by employees to move multiple sample tiles to reception desk for customers' perusal.
