I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm a nurse myself, and was in charge of my grandmother's care in the final years of her life. I have never been so impressed by a team of caregivers. The nurses, care aides, physicians, recreation therapy, physio, volunteers and management were all just fantastic. They are extremely caring, patient, responsive to any family concerns, and very welcoming to families of residents. The residents are treated with dignity and personalized attention. The facility is kept very clean, and there are beautiful outdoor spaces that the residents and families can access. My grandma passed away while at Normanna. She had a stroke and per her wishes, she wanted to receive palliative care and not be transferred to hospital. The staff there couldn't have been more accommodating and supportive during the time my grandma was on palliative care. I will always be grateful for the wonderful way she was looked after at the end of her life, and I would have no hesitation recommending this facility.

My mom has been a resident at Normanna for a few years as an Alzheimer's resident and now my dad has recently become a resident as well. The staff are exceptional and the residents are well cared for in a clean and compassionate environment. This care facility consistently exceeds expectations.
