When the timer rang at the end of the consult, I was surprised by how much ground we covered. Not only was she able to find a solution, she also saved me from a lot of headaches. She could have easily advised me to go in a different direction that would have benefited her. But she didn't. She had my best interest at heart. At the end of the call, there was no need to go further based on her second opinion. I'm grateful that she took the time to review my info to provide a diagnosis.
