I can't possibly say enough good things about Katie and her staff at NexGen hearing. They make sure you are getting the hearing aids you need and there is no upselling. When I got my first set, I was worried about the stigma attached to hearing aids. Now, in large part due to the service at NexGen, I am a full on hearing aid advocate. If you need them or thnk you need them, go get your hearing checked out. Hearing aids are awesome!
Katie and her team (Gary & Michelle) have been patience during my hearing test, trial periods and appointments. Katie is knowledgeable and explained about my hearing loss and tinnitus more than I was expecting. They're good and they know what are they doing.
Good place! Went here to have a hearing test to rule out if I had an audio processing disorder, or a physical hearing disorder, and they were very understanding. I booked via email with them which was very convenient. It was a very straightforward appointment. The practitioner explained the process to me, and you could tell he's been doin it a while. Recommended if you need a quick test done!
I have been a patient of NexGen hearing for years and have always been extremely happy with the service Gary and the staff have provided. The last set of hearing aids I purchased about a year ago, I was having some miner problems with. To my surprise Gary ordered a set of new aids with the latest updated features at no charge which I feel was above and beyond . I highly recommend Gary and staff at NexGen hearing.
