Got the hose I needed. They have decent inventory. Do not expect the sweet customer service you might get from the grocery store, the front desk workers are there to serve you with their technical knowledge so you get your job done. I am happy that someone is there to serve the industry.

Went in to get a hose repaired and the service was pretty good so I ended up buying an extra thing I never came in there for. The staff taught me how to use a tool that I was wanting.
Highly recommend New Line Hose in Burnaby! I purchased a no-name brand air compressor fifteen years ago. The transfer tube recently broke and I couldn’t find a replacement either at the retailer or online. The retailer who sold me the compressor suggested I go to New Line Hose. I brought the compressor to New Line Hose in Burnaby where Dan and the crew figured out a solution within minutes. They installed the fittings right there. Very friendly and professional. They just charged me for parts and I now have the compressor up and running. Highly recommend!
This place is fantastic! I stopped by to look for a replacement hose to a facet for an popup tent trailer (after looking at 3 other places). Instead of being like the rest of the business who told me I was out of luck and check somewhere else, New-Line Hose & Fitting went a step further and offered to build me the custom hoses. Their customer services is by far one of the best. Coming from someone who knows very little about plumbing and was out of my element, I didn't feel intimidated at all working with these guys. I would go back to them and would recommend using these guys.
Knowledgeable staff who are very helpful and work hard to get parts as quick as possible. Good social distancing practices too.
