Very passive service and High price. They usually make you wait at least 1 hour even with an appointment. Filing delay can be quite long if your tax is a bit complicated.

Their customer service shows no respect to previous customer, they delete me without any notice even though i was a previous customer and decided not to continue tax service with them because i think their service charge is higher than i expected. BTW:The red question mark means delete this contact in wechat.
I have been a loyal client with this firm for almost 10 years since i was a student. They always provide good services and care about their clients. Once you have made an appointment they will send you msg (they sent email in the past) to remind and confirm with you which i find is really helpful. As the firm keeps growing they become very busy. Sometimes the waiting time could be longer than your appointed time, however, it is definitely worth for the waiting. Wanna to mention that Angela is an excellent accountant. She is not only professional but also cares about and highly responsible to her clients. Even we only met once every year, every time we met she was patient and willing to spend time with you. She is trustful and really helpful in terms of listening to your needs and providing you with valuable advices. I have been keeping referring my friends and people who need accounting service to this firm and to Angela, as i hope they could have the same good experience.
