Computer Fixation

I've been dealing with the members of this company long before they formed Monolith. The staff have always been friendly and reliable. They help me find parts I need, even obscure, niche, and hard to find products. They are also a great place to get Supermicro Servers or other server parts. I look forward to continue doing business with them in the future.

Very Impressed with the customer service I have received when ordering from Monolith . I was a bit unsure about ordering at first as I didn't know the company. I had done most of my computer parts ordering from NCIX in the past and I was thrilled to find out my former sales rep was now with Monolith. I decided to order some parts and see how things worked out .. not only was the communication excellent but the prices were very good and the shipping was well packed and fast. I'm sure I will be ordering lots more things from them in the years to come . I highly recomend them for all your IT needs.

Very disappointed with these guys. Was excited and thought I scored a good deal on RTX2080 which seems too good to be true. Did a bunch of research on them to make sure they're legit and found out that they have ties to NCIX which was one of my favourite store. I placed the order and then created an account as I build lots of computers for friends and family and their price for everything else was really good. Then two days later their senior sales manager called me to tell me that they don't have any stock at that price left despite their stock online indicates 6 in stock at time of purchase. I then went back into their website and it now shows 4 left in stock and the price have gone back up. My guess is that they made a mistake and posted the wrong price and now tried to lie to me. The most honorable thing to do would be to honor the sales. The less honorable is to not honor the sales agreement and admit error. The worst thing you can do is to lie to your customer. Too bad, was looking forward to doing more business with them as they seem to be a great alternative to Amazon and other big retailers. But at least Amazon honor their contract with their customer. Go to Memory Express for all your computer needs, much better company and much more honest.
