I needed a key done copied. A i enters the shop the man that seems to be the owner start complaining to the guy in line before me. The guy says sorry and and kept staying in line while the owner continued to yell at him. No thanks I don’t need you’re services. You are not the only key kutter in bc

I welcome our robot overlords. My experience with this kiosk was excellent. Very easy to use, it even gave me an offer for a free key. I made 2 different keys and my entire encounter was no more than 8 minutes. 10/10 would recommend this robot to cut your keys.

Machine didn't work right away and had to be restarted. After that, no problems, quick and easy - even got a '3 for price of 2' deal
