Taylor was here to repair my leaking sink. He was quick to identify the problem and fix it. In additional he further inquired about if there are any other plumbing issues need to address, which resulted in another prolonged issue in the washroom been fixed. Very happy with his professional job and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
Gidewen M did a good job for replacing the poly-B pipes in the crawlspace for our house. He didn't talk a lot but very skilled. His dedication and productivity are incredible and he was able to complete the challenging pipe replacement within couples of hours with no damage to our driveway and garden, also provided us 25 yr warranty. Our apartment shower and sink drains weren't draining so the property management company called Milani. Within minutes, we had a same-day appointment booked with their technician John L.. John was incredibly professional on the telephone and when he arrived I was pleased to see that he was wearing PPE equipment (mask, gloves, shoe covers). I was very impressed with how efficient and courteous he was when resolving our drainage issues- answering all questions and offering helpful suggestions. If other Milani technicians are even half as awesome as John, you're in good hands with this company. Will be using them again in future and recommending them to others. Thanks so much John!
Heating furnace died on the coldest day of the winter. The technician, Jag, was excellent, quickly diagnosing the issue and clearly explaining what was up. New furnace needed, and installation was quickly and easily arranged for the next day, which we appreciated given the outside temperature. Great service! Follow up on installation experience - very impressed with Gordon and Nick (?). Efficient and tidy installation followed by a thorough walkthrough of what had been done. Thank you!
