Been dealing with Memory Express ever since they opened the store in Richmond, BC. Memory Express was what BC needed for a while. A place that actually cared about their customers. They offer no restocking fees, help with shipping product under warranty without being charged shipping fees, quick mounts, (Test your CPU/Motherboard/RAM before you leave the store) free of charge if you purchased with them and world class customer service. Burnaby location is my one stop shop now. The team there is amazing. Despite how fast Memory Express expanded, they made sure the level of service provided is unified across the country. Exceptional leadership.

Google maps is not the most helpful in getting here but it's worth finding. It's in the Burlington Square, and is a great place for computer needs. Even if you don't know a lot of technical specifications these people are a great resource.

The staff have been very helpful every time I've gone in with a few questions. The staff member that helped me during my last visit went above and beyond, even more so than usual. They've usually got some great deals on their website as well. I'll likely use the pick up in store option the next time I order anything.

I ordered a full system from Memex back in November. It took quite a while for the parts to come in, but throughout the whole process, every staff member I spoke with was polite and helpful. I got the last component yesterday and everything's working perfectly. Would definitely recommend.
