Our bathroom tiles had minor cracks, but when the MegaHydronics plumber came to do some repairs, he ended up making the cracks worse and making the damages to the tiles more apparent and irreversible. When we brought it to the company's attention, they refused to mitigate the situation. Would not recommend in the future.
