I gave them a 3 star rating because at least their food does not give me a diarrhea. The food court place at Lougheed (especially the Freshii) have always gave me diarrhea after eating it. I think their price is also way too expensive. If you are going to charge a lot for the food and service, at least give the right amount and good quality food to customers.
One of my order was broccoli with prawn. There were 70% of prawns and 30% of broccoli's in the pot. This lady grabbed like 3 prawns and rest broccolis. I kindly asked her if she can add more prawn since there were so much in the pot. She added like 1 more prawn and started to speak in her own language very quietly. It was very disrespectful and disappointed. DO NOT JUST COMMENT BACK SAYING SORRY, YOU GUYS SHOULD TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES CORRECTLY.
Most malls have a Manchu Wok and the one at Lougheed Mall is by far the best. One would think all of the locations would be the same but the food at this one just tastes better.
Eat-in plate is smaller than to-go container. Same price. Not a huge negative but just be aware. It's mall food. It is another one I'll go by.
I bought two items fried chicken and tofu. Worth 10.59 they only put 3 WINGS OF CHICKEN. And the lady who is asking fot the item made a mistake. She was yelling at me that my mom ordered the wrong one. What an attitude was that. They gave me two dollars refund and then took my receipt away. Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE! And their machine when you tap it its going to decline! And they stare at you in a weird way! Atleast its their mistake try to say sprry! Lots of people were staring’
Its hard to run a restaurant, I know, but please please please serve quality food to customers. I ordered a Kung pao chicken and Ginger chicken combo. The kung pao was soooooo flavourless and taste like chicken in water. There is a reason why we call it a ginger chicken. I donno how the chef manage to make the dishes without any flavours. This is not the first time I am having this experience. I really wanted to give you a suggestion. Please do visit the Brentwood mall Manchu and see how kung pao chicken and ginger chicken should taste like. I am totally disappointed with the food quality here.
Worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life! This lady I believe her name is PINA was extremely rude and impatient. She made me feel like I was wasting her time the whole time. Absolutely disgusting service.
