I wouldn't hesitate to call them back for larger commercial or residential jobs. I called Luongo electric for a small residential job - some socket repairs in Burnaby. They were clear and up front about pricing, and reasonable in price based on the service I needed done. They were patient with my questions and provided a great explanation of the issue.
I followed the reviews and I'm so glad I did. Mark is truly a great electrician - punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He couldn't come the week that I asked and suggested a colleague of his but I stuck with my instinct and waited for Mark. He takes the time to explain the issue and/or make a suggestion. Truly a great honest guy, I was so smitten by him that I told all my friends and family. Thank you so much Mark.
