I appreciate the professionalism at this firm. However, my experience working with the team included: - being talked down to; - not asked relevant questions (e.g. assumptions were made without consulting me); and - providing CRA information without my consent or even followup. Generally, I believe the firm has strong technical capacity and knowledge, but poor communication. If you are doing business here, make sure you clearly state what your expectations are and be ready to do the work to make communication happen effectively.

I have been using this accountant firm for over 3 years now, and this is unfortunately, due to lack of time to get another accountant. It's not that these individuals don't go \an extra mile\ for you, the don't go even \the mile\ they should! Very bad service, they are only worried about invoicing their fees and delivering whichever service they can get done with the least effort, not to mention that they do not try to understand the business situation, so explanation are really short and hard to understand. Avoid this accounting firm is the only thing to do.

The people employed with this firm along with the principals are thorough, concerned, professional, sincere, friendly, fun, intelligent and upper most always, the client is number 1! I will keep my business with this firm for at least another 20 years.
