Great company, they went above and beyond our expectations

James Jones of Keystone Engineering was contracted by #USAA to inspect the damages to our trusses. He at no time crawled the crawl space, nor did he ever go into the attic to inspect the actual damages. If he had he would have seen that the trees went through two roofs and into our living room. He instead wrote a false forty page report full of inconsistencies and blatant fraudulent statements. Because of his unscrupulous actions we are now having to fix our home on only 94k of over 226k in damages. Which is impossible. Way to mess over a wounded veteran and his family. You are despicable and crooked. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Karma will come for you.
