Popcorn is mediocre. Nothing really special about it. Filipino lady was snappy and unfriendly. Prize is not reasonable. They do have deals but it was terrible. Sad.

Sales rep was awesome!
The staff is nice and accommodates reasonable requests. Great taste and good portion sizes for the price! Try it, a small is like 5-6 and is a great size to share! The other two reviews are just childish and petty. One is mad because they didn’t get a coupon because another store made a mistake and the other doesn’t have a sense of humour.
This twice now I try to order a party bag around 8-830pm (mall closes at 9pm) and they won't make popcorn because they've already cleaned the popcorn machine....you should close at 8pm because nobody is doing real work from 8 to 9

Popcorn tastes not bad. Price is pretty high. Credit cards accepted. Serve speed is normal. Employees are not nice and not friendly. Employees's attitude is super rude (horrible)!!! Located near the food court in Metrotown shopping mall. Public washrooms nearby. Free mall parking lot/structure available.
