DONT go to this place if you want some good and relaxing message. Message is ok，but the receptionist lady is terrible and rude. I asked her some questions when the first time i booked appointment. She was so inpatient！My question was about their service，and the lady said she don‘t know much about it. And she said“ If you not sure or don’t trust us，you can go to other place.” So，if you care about the customer service，don‘t go to this place. Ask the receptionist lady some questions regarding to their message service，you will know what i'm talking about.
The spa technicians should have more control of their pressure. I went for a facial and the technician was just rubbing my face.. no pressure, no massage, nothing. Will not visit again.
The young receptionist girl in her late 20s and early 30s is not friendly or welcoming at all. She has super bad attitude towards all the clients and she definitely does not belong in the spa. All the other members are super friendly and welcoming so they should really get rid of her. She brings bad vibes to the best spa in the area.
I go for facial and body massage there, the service is always amazing! The owners are super nice. However, every time I called them, a young receptionist girl has a hard time understanding English on phone. A lot time it’s just as simple as a schedule change. One time, I tried to book a service on 27th, she kept repeating 23rd, I kept correcting her it’s on the 27th for at least three times. I thought she finally got it right. Later, the owner called me back to confirm something else, I realized she still booked me on the 23rd. It is ridiculous
