Very welcoming environment, neat and tidy. Ritchie and Michael do everything they can to make sure that everyone feels included. If you are just starting or trying to get back to working out after a hiatus, its a great low pressure gym with good support.

This is my first gym I’ve ever joined. I started with an introductory 7 week kickboxing session and haven’t looked back ever since. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years now. The instructors are great and friendly and I do both kickboxing with Ritchie/Chris and strength and conditioning with Michael. All are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great for beginners and no meat heads at this gym!

These guys are the bomb. Don't have much gym experience and I've been putting off joining because I was nervous to look like the new guy. Everyone was super friendly, informative and made me feel welcome. Currently sitting at home resting because my body hurts in the best way possible, which is exactly what I came for. Couldn't recommend trying this place out enough.

Had my first free training session here today and the level of support, encouragement and confidence building was apparent from the get go. Really big spacious gym and it's obvious how much Ritchie cares about everyone who comes through it! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to know more about BJJ
