I had a great experience being helped by Jera. I am quite foreign to customizing suits. Jera was so knowledgeable and helpful!! Superb customer service and experience. Will definitely come back here again in the future!

I bought a luxury suit from Indochino, and the customer service was not ideal. Everything started off great, where I got measured and the suit measurements were ready to be sent to the tailor on July 30th. After the initial visit, everything went downhill. When I tried on the suit, it did not fit the way I wanted to, so I went in for another visit on August 21st. The lady took my measurements again and I thought everything was good. When she said that the suit with the second alterations would finish by September 11, I was a bit hesitant because the event I needed it for was on September 19th. Still, I agreed. What made this worse, is that when I tried on the suit on September 11th, the wrong alterations were made on my suit. So, I waited over 2 months for a suit that fit worse than one off the rack suit. However, they did address this issue and placed an emergency order to fix the issue by September 13th. This was a HORRIBLE experience as with Metrotown being quite a distance away from my house, going 4 times to get a \luxury\ is not what I expected. Furthermore, even when they kept making mistakes, they let me go with a suit bag that had a zipper broken. The lady said that they don't have extra ones, and instead she used a paper clip to close it. Not the service I would expect for such a pricey suit after waiting 2 months!
