If we could give Ideal siding 6 stars we would. They replaced our small strata's cedar siding on our older leaky townhouse. This company was hands down one of the best companies I have dealt with. We reached out to them 2 years prior before getting the job done with so many on property visits, questions, re-quotes and requests. They patiently did everything we asked to make us feel comfortable and ready to move forward with a smile on their face the whole way through. We directly dealt with Igor; Project Manager from start to finish. Him and his team were so professional from the day 1 to the day they finished. Great customer service, excellent, clear communication, quick turnaround on quotes, reliable, quality work, courteous and tidy workers. We really appreciated the in person follow up they did a few days later after the job was complete. It gave us some time to sit with the work they did and make sure it was done to our satisfaction. We felt like they really took care of us on this job. Couldn't have been more happy and HIGHLY recommend Ideal Siding.

I had spoken with a fellow homeowner who used Ideal Siding and also lives in my neighborhood. Based upon his review and having a look at his house as well as comparing other companies’ work we decided to go with Ideal. Alex Y. was assigned to do our house and at first we thought to ourselves “huh..just one guy instead of two? “ Well Alex’s performance just blew us away. He is one of the most excellent workers I’ve ever come across. Diligent, hardworking, handy, positive, quick and knowledgeable. If you get him you too will be blown away. After 30 years I had a feeling that all was not very well underneath our cedar siding and once it was removed we saw that some of our base plate and studs were rotted from water damage. Alex was able to repair it in stride and quickly too. Once that was repaired he moved back to rain screening and then siding application. By the end of it all my house is restored to its full glory and we were very happy with the results. We’ve even received compliments from visiting tradespeople and passerby’s. All in all we fully recommend Ideal Siding.

Ideal Siding was really courteous, they answered all of our questions. Products are high quality. Clean up was excellent. Overall good experience. Time factor was efficient. Now our energy bills our lower, the cold air around the windows has stopped. House seems to be a little quiter.
